Prior to every Olympics, my team interviews dozens of US athletes hoping to compete at the Games. From these Lifestyle interviews, we cut a mini profile on each athlete and countless short form pieces for the promotion and coverage of the Games. We keep it upbeat, fast paced and prop heavy. Our hope is to get them a little off-balanced and more likely to drop their guard.

At the 2018 Pyeonchang Olympics, Jessie Diggins and teammate, Kikkan Randall won the first US gold medal in cross country skiing in the sprint relay. Getting to the top of the podium was not the biggest challenge Diggins had faced.
